Laser cut in 4mm steel and folded, the cover has been designed in one piece for strength and reduce the stress in the welds. Increases the oil capacity and therefore improves the lubrication and cooling of the differential.
Also reduces the likelihood of external damage to the pan, negating the need for an add on diff guard.
The cover requires the removal of the original and for the new one to be welded to the axle casing. Reuses the original level plug assembly.
Design and material increases the strength and stiffness of the axle casing, reducing the tendency to bend through and crack the diff pan.
